All orders will ship within 48 hours of order receipt during our shipping days (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday (provided there is still space on the schedule). We do not hold fish for longer than 48 hours prior to shipping. Please do not place your order if you cannot receive your fish within 48 hours of ordering (Monday-Thursday). We do not offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Please also be aware that any orders placed after 3:00PM PST will not be processed until our next business day at 8AM PST. We ship using UPS NDA – this does not mean that your package will be shipped the day you order; Next Day Air is the service of shipping, not a promise of shipping date.
COLD WEATHER NOTICE: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
If your location is below 10°F overnight on your day of arrival, we cannot guarantee live arrival. Please make sure you check your local weather and consider waiting to place an order once the weather is warmer, for the safety of the fish.
