Diet: Omnivorous; primarily feeds on small invertebrates, algae, and organic detritus.

Preferred Water Parameters: pH 8.0-9.0, Temperature 75-82°F
Minimum Tank Size: 40 gallons
Acceptable Tank Mates: Peaceful Tanganyikan cichlids and other non-aggressive fish that prefer similar water conditions. Provide a rocky environment with plenty of caves and hiding spots to mimic their natural habitat.
